1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the seedpath.ai website. They do not govern SeedPath’s products or services — the Agent API and managed deployments are provided under separate written agreements, and where those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements prevail.
2. Who we are
The site is operated by SeedPath AI Ltd (“SeedPath”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@seedpath.ai.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system;
- introduce malware or knowingly transmit harmful code;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site in a way that burdens the service or violates these terms;
- misrepresent your affiliation with SeedPath or use our branding without permission.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — text, designs, diagrams, research notes and graphics — is owned by SeedPath AI Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The SeedPath name and marks may not be used without our written consent.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may quote from our published Labs notes with attribution and a link to the source. Republishing substantial portions of the site requires our permission.
5. Content is information, not advice
The content of this site — including Labs research notes, evaluation results and technical documentation — is provided for general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, regulatory or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
Nothing on this site constitutes mortgage advice. SeedPath’s systems are designed to route regulated advice to qualified advisers; the same boundary applies here. Figures published on the site (such as evaluation results and illustrative conversion metrics) are specific to their stated scope and methodology and are not a promise of results.
6. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, and we may change, suspend or withdraw content at any time without notice.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
