1. Who we are
SeedPath AI Ltd (“SeedPath”, “we”, “us”) builds specialist AI agent systems for defined operational work. We are a company registered in England and Wales and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO registration: ZCO27777).

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the seedpath.ai website and direct correspondence with us. It describes what we collect when you browse the site or get in touch, and how we handle it. We act as the Data Controller for this processing.
When SeedPath processes personal data inside a customer deployment or through the Agent API, we act as a Data Processor on our customer’s instructions. That processing is governed by the customer’s own privacy notice and our data-processing terms — see our Security & Data Protection overview for how it works.
3. Information we collect
This website has no user accounts, no sign-up forms and no marketing tracking. The personal data we collect is limited to:
- Correspondence. If you email us (for example via the “Talk to us” links), we receive your name, email address, organisation and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — used for security monitoring and keeping the site running.
4. How we use it, and our lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries and running our business relationship with you — legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- Site security and operations — legitimate interests in protecting our infrastructure.
- Legal obligations — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data collected through this website for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and our correspondence:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, which process technical request logs.
- Email and productivity providers, which process our correspondence.
- Google Fonts. Pages on this site load typefaces from Google’s servers. When a page loads, your IP address is disclosed to Google as part of the font request. Google’s handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are headquartered or process data in the United States. Where a transfer of personal data outside the UK occurs, we rely on the applicable UK transfer mechanism — the UK–US Data Bridge where available, or contractual safeguards such as the UK IDTA or UK Addendum.
7. How long we keep it
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any ongoing relationship that follows from it, then deleted or archived. Technical logs are short-lived and rotate on our providers’ standard schedules.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format.

9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
